• Lead the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Collaborate closely with teams responsible for SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Take charge of the website's creative vision and collaborate to establish the roadmap in line with web strategy, growth objectives, and technical capabilities.
• Interact daily with a web team consisting of designers, developers, CRO/SEO experts, and external partners.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from various departments such as SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Create compelling experiences that yield results measured by shared key performance indicators.
• Continuously enhance UX and UI through testing, iteration, and promotion of best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of web projects within scope and in alignment with brand and business performance objectives.
• Oversee and enhance the Website Design System in collaboration with developers, based on business requirements.
• Establish efficient systems and processes to streamline web operations and boost project efficiency.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and top-notch execution across web and digital campaigns.
• Proven track record of managing web projects in a rapidly growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Excellent communication skills to handle feedback and expectations from multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to balance brand consistency with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers and marketing operations teams.
