• Produce detailed design assets like annotated wireframes, visual design compositions, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to effectively convey designs to users, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Articulate ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of design methodologies clearly and concisely.
• Formulate holistic design solutions that cater to business objectives, brand identity, and user needs.
• Champion for end users throughout the product development lifecycle by subjecting early designs to experiments or usability assessments, validating designs, and fostering enhancements.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX leader and designer in collaborative product development settings.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency across various UX domains, including interaction design, information architecture, visual design, user research, and front-end development.
• Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions based on brand guidelines, business requirements, user insights, and usability principles.
• Proficient in utilizing Figma for creating UI libraries and final designs, with knowledge of Prototyping, Tokens, Variables, and Variants.
• Expertise in whiteboarding tools like Miro and/or FigJam.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Capable of communicating design strategies to non-design stakeholders, including business, product, and tech teams.
• Skilled in understanding diverse product requirements and tailoring design solutions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Efficient time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Relevant degree or diploma in design, HCI, interaction design, psychology, human factors, or computer science.
• Strong grasp of design principles and UX laws, with a keen eye for exceptional design.
