• Spearhead UX strategy for 3-6 industry-specific packaged solutions annually in alignment with Adobe's strategic sales initiatives
• Develop holistic customer journeys incorporating Adobe Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Target, and Experience Manager
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for proof-of-concept showcases and client meetings
• Ensure consistency in UX across solution portfolios for scalability and reusability
• Assess client needs and transform business requirements into experience design plans
• Facilitate design thinking workshops with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at major accounts
• Deliver UX recommendations and prototypes to senior client decision-makers
• Collaborate with clients to enhance Adobe platform implementations for optimal user experiences
• Design experiences to leverage Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, and Forms functionalities effectively
• Architect user experiences utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer's omnichannel orchestration capabilities
• Develop personalization strategies using Adobe Target and Real-Time CDP
• Ensure designs adhere to Adobe's component libraries and design system standards
• Work with Enterprise Architects to ensure UX feasibility within Adobe platform limitations
• Provide guidance to Creative Directors on visual design execution aligned with UX strategy
• Collaborate with Agentic AI Lead on conversational and intelligent experience design
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Lead to convey UX value in client-facing communications
• Minimum 8 years of UX/experience design with at least 3 years in enterprise B2B or B2C digital environments
• Experience in AI-first solution development
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and capabilities
• Portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-platform customer journey design
• Experience consulting directly with VP and C-level stakeholders
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent prototyping tools
• Deep knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and design systems
• Understanding of headless CMS architecture and component-based design approaches
• Familiarity with Adobe Target personalization and A/B testing methods
• Basic knowledge of APIs, data models, and technical constraints
• Experience in 2+ of the following industries: retail/e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, or B2B manufacturing
• Understanding of enterprise digital transformation challenges and MarTech ecosystems
• Knowledge of content supply chain workflows and digital asset management best practices
• Preference for being an Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites or Target)
• Experience with conversational AI and agentic interface design
• Background in design thinking facilitation and service design methodologies
• Previous agency or consulting experience working with enterprise clients
• Understanding of retail media networks, personalization engines, or customer data platforms
