• This role is ideal for a designer seeking advancement, proficient in fundamental design principles, enthusiastic about managing daily design tasks, and eager to enhance their creativity in a dynamic setting.
• As a Visual Designer, you will contribute to various brand, marketing, and web projects, from refining social media graphics to exploring campaign ideas.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and diverse stakeholders to bring the Docker brand to life across digital platforms.
• This role goes beyond production tasks, requiring a team player who can handle challenges humbly.

• 3–5 years of experience in visual, graphic, or digital design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent layout, typography, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of responsive design and web best practices
• Effective communication skills and willingness to accept feedback
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines independently
• Bonus: experience in motion design, presentation design (Keynote, Google Slides), or working with developer-focused brands
