⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of product design experience, including 3–5 years in leadership roles.

• Previous experience leading B2B SaaS design teams, particularly in startup environments.

• Demonstrated success in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) setting.

• Strong skills in UX, interaction design, and product development.

• Experience in building and managing design and research teams from scratch.

• Ability to drive company-wide initiatives through effective communication and vision.

• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable in dynamic and fast-paced settings.

• Background in self-serve user journeys and onboarding processes.
