Senior Product Designer

DeepCura is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to join our fast-growing team in solving some of healthcare's most pressing challenges. Clinical documentation has become a significant burden for health practitioners, leading to burnout, unsustainable work hours, and, ultimately, compromised patient care.

That’s where DeepCura steps in. Our mission is to automate non-patient-facing tasks for healthcare professionals, freeing them to focus on what truly matters—providing exceptional care.

As our second Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven clinical documentation platform. Working closely with our product and engineering teams, you’ll create intuitive, impactful designs that redefine workflows for healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Take Ownership: You’ll have significant autonomy to make key design decisions.
• Drive Impact: Your work will directly influence the daily operations of thousands of healthcare practitioners.
• Wear Multiple Hats: Beyond design, you’ll contribute to product marketing, strategy, research, and growth initiatives—ideal for a generalist who thrives in diverse roles.
• Shape the Future: Partner with our Head of Design to establish the design culture and rituals at DeepCura, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as we scale.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a designer with a broad range of experiences and a knack for crafting elegant solutions to complex problems. Ideally, you bring:

• End-to-End Product Design Expertise: From discovery to delivery, you’re comfortable researching, prototyping, and refining designs to solve real user problems.
• Strong Visual and Interaction Design Skills: You obsess over details and craft delightful product experiences.
• Clear and Transparent Communication: You express ideas, challenges, and feedback thoughtfully and openly with teammates, founders, and users.
• Adaptability in Ambiguity: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing trade-offs and navigating shifting priorities with a strategic mindset.
• Collaborative Ownership: Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and engineers, to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

• A strong foundation in visual design.
