• Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience design.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and research abilities.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and mobile-first strategies.
• Experience leading usability studies and synthesizing research data.
