Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the development of exceptional user experience solutions for various Cint products

• Conduct user testing and interviews to uncover unmet user needs

• Collaborate with the Product Design team to brainstorm strategic design solutions

• Create high-quality design materials like user requirements, personas, and storyboards

• Translate complex systems into tangible UI concepts with compelling storytelling

• Document design thinking, findings, and proposals effectively

• Contribute to and apply our shared design system

• Work closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team

• Partner with engineering teams to implement user-centered design solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product design or UX design

• Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools, particularly Figma

• Experience with design systems or component libraries

• Previous collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers
