• Strong skills in interaction and visual design with a modern UI approach.
• Experience in working with and developing design systems on a large scale.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, research practices, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design decisions and trade-offs effectively.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and accessibility standards.
