• Create comprehensive product experiences for Voice AI and API platform for developers and B2B customers, including flows, prototypes, narrative framing, and UI design.
• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and concept validation to guide the project direction.
• Follow a fast-paced design process from sketching to prototyping, validation, iteration, and final implementation.
• Collaborate with users, Product, and Engineering teams to define problems, develop solutions, and ensure successful execution.
• Establish design systems and reusable patterns to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Communicate design choices clearly, directly, and respectfully considering technical limitations.
• Possess highly creative design skills with over 5 years of experience in product/UX design, particularly in software and developer tools.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, capable of self-direction and progress despite incomplete information.
• Proficient in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills with a clear, warm, and ego-free advocacy approach.
• Preferably have experience in early-stage startups.
