• Excellent communication skills to explain design rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in UX writing to create clear and concise microcopy for improved interactions.
• Understanding of cross-device browser behavior and core web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
