Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping product strategy, priorities, and scope with a focus on design and user experience

• Serve as a senior design partner in product decisions, ensuring a balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations

• Independently identify, define, and validate problems in uncertain or undefined contexts

• Create high-quality UI designs with meticulous attention to detail, including layout, typography, accessibility, and edge cases

• Craft and refine UX copy to enhance clarity, usability, trust, and product growth

• Manage and enhance the design system, encompassing components, patterns, and documentation

• Collaborate effectively across teams through design reviews, prototyping, and clear communication of decisions and opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant expertise

• Expertise in product design, UI, and UX, with a deep understanding of design principles

• Possess a positive and adaptable attitude, with strong time management and communication skills

• Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS), responsive design, and component-based development for effective collaboration with engineers

• Demonstrate empathy for user needs, a passion for design, and a drive to create meaningful impact
