📋 Description

• As the Individual Contributor, you will lead the revamp of our learning platform for both web and mobile interfaces, with a focus on creating a user-friendly and engaging experience tailored specifically for children aged 6 to 14.

• Directly report to our VP of Content & Product Experience.

• Collaborate with Product, Education, and Tech teams to develop adaptive, AI-driven learning features and user journeys that address real student challenges while being enjoyable and interactive.

• Engage in project-based work with fellow designers and creatives, and regularly interact with our Team Lead Illustration and Design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing digital products (web and mobile) with a focus on UX concepts, user flows, and interface design.

• Proficient in working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the discovery and delivery phases, with the ability to articulate and justify design choices clearly.

• Skilled in taking new product features from ideation through user journeys and interaction concepts to prototyping for testing and validation.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and evaluating multiple concept approaches in collaboration with Product Management.

• Strong ability to translate complex platforms or features into user-friendly and intuitive experiences.

• Proficiency in information architecture, feature organization, and prioritizing user requirements.

• Experience in creating interactive and engaging user experiences that drive user activation and retention.

• Excellent skills in UX conceptualization, wireframing, high-fidelity design, and prototyping using tools like Figma.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.

• Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
