• Clearly communicate design choices and trade-offs, linking design work to business objectives and product metrics.

• Collaborate with fellow designers, providing constructive feedback and actively seeking and incorporating input to enhance individual and team work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Product Designer in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Figma.

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches on web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in simplifying complex product structures and workflows.

• Solid foundation in interaction and visual design.

• Coachability and a genuine interest in the business impact of design.

• Proficiency in Figma tooling: components, variants, auto layout, etc.

• Experience with research and AI tools like Figma Make, Lyssna, etc.

• Proficiency in designing with Material UI or other design systems.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual aesthetics for enterprise users.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions for complex business needs.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component-based design in an enterprise context.

• Knowledge of front-end development principles to ensure design feasibility and effective collaboration with engineers.

• Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
