📋 Description

• Drive business growth and enhance customer experience through innovative design solutions

• Create user-centric designs from inception to execution

• Develop visual identity systems, data visualizations, and illustrations to support feedback and iteration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused design solutions that align with business objectives

• Lead teams in User-Centric Design practices and Design Discovery and Framing

• Demonstrate design expertise and provide guidance on product vision

• Ensure cohesive design language across ecosystems through effective collaboration

• Foster transparency and collaboration within teams and with stakeholders

• Communicate design work and decisions effectively internally

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field

• Proficient in Design Thinking methodologies and tools

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, visual storytelling, and research abilities

• Ability to create high-fidelity design prototypes and mockups

• Excellent visual and written communication skills

• Experience with design and collaboration tools like Figma and Miro

• Familiarity with research tools and methods

• Experience in product design for Android, iOS, and web platforms

• Understanding of design system principles
