Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of the end-to-end design process within your product team, from defining issues to perfecting final interactions;

• Transform complex or unclear workflows into user-friendly, purposeful experiences tailored for IT professionals;

• Create designs for Microsoft 365 and cloud-migration scenarios that streamline flows, interfaces, and interactions;

• Work closely with PMs, engineers, and subject-matter experts to define scope and align on strategies;

• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to validate assumptions and enhance solutions;

• Utilize data, customer feedback, and product insights to drive decisions and enhance results;

• Identify AI-driven opportunities to enhance migration and governance workflows for efficiency and reliability;

• Contribute to enhancing the design process with innovative tools, methods, and workflows;

• Assist in the development of our design system and ensure consistency across ShareGate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing B2B SaaS products in collaborative, cross-functional teams;

• Strong intuition for user needs and comfort navigating complex, ambiguous problem domains;

• Demonstrated expertise in strategy, UX flows, UI design, and refined interaction elements;

• Ability to balance speed, technical limitations, and high-quality execution;

• Preferred experience in designing for technical audiences such as IT professionals, admin tools, and platforms;

• Experience in designing or contributing to AI-powered experiences is a plus;

• Effective communicator with exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of influencing product and engineering teams;

• Keen eye for detail and a strong dedication to craftsmanship.
