• Conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and prototype validation.
• Translate research findings into design decisions through user flows, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs for new features and product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers and Director of Technology to identify issues and align on objectives.
• Manage the development of our design system and best practices.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and intuitive interface design.
• Possess 4+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in B2B settings.
• Have a diverse background in research, UX, UI, and visual design.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Figma and adept at using rapid prototyping tools.
• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at establishing structure in uncertain situations.
• Familiarity with component-based design.
• Willingness to travel internationally for at least 1 week per year.
• Ability to work up to 2 overlapping hours between 9 AM and 4 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
