• Establish measurable learning and performance objectives that align with organizational goals.
• Apply visual design principles, branding standards, and accessibility guidelines to all learning products.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform content into impactful learning experiences.
• Clearly and professionally communicate design decisions, progress, and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of Talent Development standards, templates, and efficient design processes.
• Utilize data and insights to suggest improvements and optimize future learning solutions for continuous enhancement.
• Produce visually appealing graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets to enhance learning clarity, engagement, and accessibility.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts to convey design direction effectively.
• Utilize authoring tools like Articulate 360 or similar applications to build learning products.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in graphic design technologies.
• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365.
