Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Utilize SCORM authoring, video editing, and AI design tools to create engaging eLearning content.

• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and team members to analyze learning needs and design instructional strategies.

• Apply instructional design theories and best practices to develop interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.

• Conduct QA checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and design standards are met.

• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

• Continuously enhance eLearning materials based on feedback, analytics, and industry trends.

• Provide mentorship to junior designers and team members when needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 5-7 years of instructional design experience for technical systems.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, JavaScript, HTML, Camtasia, Vyond, and other eLearning tools.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning technologies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality learning solutions.

• Experience in QA testing and issue resolution in eLearning content.
