Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces and experiences for Nolana’s platform.
- Own the design process end-to-end, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve product usability and functionality.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences that empower users.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech-focused environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning products.
- Experience designing for developer tools or technical audiences.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with engineers.
