• Create and implement high-level branding, display advertising, print, web, illustrations/infographics, and presentations based on creative briefs.
• Maintain quality and brand standards throughout the creative process.
• Lead and oversee a team of creatives to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Establish partnerships across the company and collaborate with marketing and corporate design teams to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance in creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials and digital assets.
• Manage work timelines efficiently across multiple projects.
• Present work to internal partners that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Iterate and edit designs based on team feedback.
• Support the Corporate Creative Director in their role.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to make informed creative decisions for increased engagement and conversions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a must, After Effects, Premiere recommended) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Previous experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with colors, fonts, and layouts
• Attention to visual details and ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and team management skills
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
