• Participate in the creation of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
• Transform requirements from product managers and stakeholders into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs that meet user experience standards
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering to guide design decisions
• Assist in developing and maintaining design systems, patterns, and style guides
• Iterate on design solutions based on feedback from users, peers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to cross-functional team discussions with design insights and recommendations
• Document design processes and decisions to foster transparency and team alignment
• Stay informed about design trends, best practices, and new tools to enhance design quality
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Showcase strong visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly
• Display eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and advance professionally in a design role
• Preferably, have a portfolio showcasing design work for web or mobile applications
