• Joining Synchrony's agile teams to collaborate with CX, marketing, and development to create engaging native experiences for core customer-facing apps via SyPi.
• Responsible for crafting and presenting modern native app designs, collaborating with lead designers, and integrating usability testing insights from user researchers.
• Championing user experience through thought leadership.
• At least 3 years of experience in user experience, visual design, product design, or interaction design.
• Proficient in user-centered design, design thinking, iOS and Android UI guidelines, and working on agile teams.
• Capable of presenting work to team members and executive leadership, collaborating with remote team members, and ensuring ADA compliance in designs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and a minimum of 1 year of experience in designing native apps.
• Bachelor’s Degree or certification in UX, HCI, graphic design, psychology, marketing, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
