• We are in search of a Visual Designer to become part of our Brand and Creative team.
• Responsible for designing and developing the brand, ensuring consistency across all Splunk branded materials.
• Assist in creating creative designs for marketing materials such as website graphics, signage, collateral, and PPT presentations.
• Work closely with marketing stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
• Event graphic strategy plays a crucial role in this position.
• Hands-on experience in creative development, print proficiency, and expert knowledge in PowerPoint execution are essential.

• Must take ownership of projects and see them through from start to finish.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design, encompassing both print and web.
• Positive attitude to drive projects forward and overcome obstacles.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams to reach a consensus on design decisions.
• Solid understanding and application of design methodologies and production techniques.
• Excellent communication skills across different platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse internal teams.
• Proven ability to multitask and handle various project requirements.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
• Preference for candidates with design/creative agency experience and internships.
• Strong background in print and digital project management.
• Proficiency in MSOffice suite – Word/Excel/PowerPoint (especially PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in gSuite: Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with HTML5 is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
