• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a top-notch client experience that is seamless
• Establish strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders in learning, HR, and business leadership
• Conduct Quarterly and Yearly Business Reviews based on data, insights, and learning outcomes
• Transform client business requirements into effective learning strategies, experience frameworks, and solution proposals
• Engage in initial solution development meetings, scoping discussions, and design workshops
• Assess learning initiatives and suggest improvements across various formats (eLearning, ILT/VILT, blended learning, performance support, platforms, AI-driven learning)
• Work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards
• Drive growth through consultative upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management
• Supervise service delivery and governance to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and risk management strategies
• Negotiate service contracts and oversee reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Learning Experience Design/Instructional Design, and Account or Program Management
• Demonstrated ability to guide and influence clients on learning strategies, experience design, and solution approaches
• Track record of expanding enterprise accounts through strategic planning and consultative interactions
• Strong skills in building relationships, communication, and executive presence
• Proficiency in interpreting data and performance metrics to inform client recommendations
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams in design, delivery, operations, and analytics
• Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite
