📋 Description

• Join our team as a Concept Designer and take on a crucial role in shaping the emotional, strategic, and experiential direction of our immersive projects.

• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and interdisciplinary teams from project inception to final creative presentation to develop ideas that deeply resonate with audiences.

• Translate abstract concepts into compelling narratives, conceptual frameworks, and impactful visual storytelling tools.

• Drive Concept Development & Creative Strategy by generating and evaluating early-stage ideas, defining conceptual approaches, and crafting emotionally resonant design narratives.

• Engage with clients through compelling concept presentations that clearly articulate the reasoning behind creative choices.

• Foster Strategic Collaboration & Innovation by conducting trend scouting and researching emerging platforms, formats, and audience behaviors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in design, architecture, creative direction, cultural studies, or a related field.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in conceptual design within a studio or agency environment.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of branding, immersive experiences, and entertainment design.

• Be located in Berlin or willing to relocate.

• Fluent in English with proficiency in German considered a significant advantage.

• Embrace a collaborative mindset and possess an intuitive grasp of team dynamics in a creative environment.
