• Familiarity with web accessibility implementation is a significant advantage

• Coding skills are beneficial but not mandatory

• Experience with Zeroheight and Storybook is welcomed

• Profound expertise in Design Systems and UI design

• Capable of independently creating UI components for reusable design systems

• Willingness to collaborate with team members at all levels to establish a unified design language

• Skilled at simplifying complex concepts into user-friendly experiences

• Participate in all stages of product design: Research, Sketching, Wireframing, UI Design, Prototyping, User Testing

• Enjoy working with fellow designers and sharing knowledge within a cross-functional team
