• Gifted Savings is seeking a talented freelance product designer to contribute to enhancing our app's user experience during the absence of our lead designer on parental leave.
• Gifted Savings is a charitable organization that provides investments to positively impact the lives of young individuals.
• The Gifted Savings high school initiative utilizes a specialized web app to enable students to monitor their investment portfolios and receive interactive lessons on financial literacy.
• Assist in delivering polished and engaging experiences as we launch in 5 schools at the beginning of the school year.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers, and leadership to swiftly address user requirements and preferences.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and creativity in translating concepts into visuals.
• Proficient in designing for both product UX and communication purposes.
• Skilled in working with Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Capable of strategic thinking and executing various experience types effectively (product, content, brand).
• Prior experience in startup or agile environments is advantageous - thrive in uncertainty and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and collaborative - adept at asynchronous work but willing to participate in regular check-ins.
