• Seeking a Freelance Creative Director to drive innovative and boundary-pushing work across various client projects
• Responsible for leading creative vision across brand activations and experiences
• Lead cross-functional teams in concept development, storytelling, art direction, and execution
• Comfortable presenting big ideas to clients, creating moodboards, providing designer feedback, and collaborating with producers
• Define creative project direction to ensure bold, elevated, brand-aligned, and culturally relevant outcomes
• Lead creative ideation, storytelling, and execution for experiential campaigns, branded environments, and integrated touchpoints
• Translate brand objectives and strategic insights into clear creative direction and visual narratives
• Mentor designers, art directors, writers, and freelancers throughout the creative process
• Develop and deliver compelling pitch decks, creative presentations, and moodboards
• Collaborate with producers, strategists, and client teams to achieve creative excellence and feasibility
• Provide creative oversight on-site during activations and installations as required
• Ensure work aligns with brand standards and maintains the agency's high creative standards
• Must have 8–12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in experiential, brand, or advertising agencies
• Showcase a strong portfolio of conceptually driven and visually compelling work in live experiences and campaigns
• Demonstrate the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from ideation through execution
• Possess exceptional storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills
• Deep understanding of design trends, pop culture, and audience behavior
• Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Google Slides
• Experience working on-site or in production environments is a plus
