• Strong understanding of game systems, storytelling, and visual design for cohesive player experiences.
• Proficiency in creative tools like Unreal Engine, Maya, Substance, Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire teams and manage feedback loops.
• Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills within production constraints.
