• Evaluate pre-pro decks, story outlines, and scripts with a keen editorial eye
• Strategize packaging elements such as title, thumbnail, and metadata
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and instincts

• Minimum of 5–7 years experience in developing non-fiction, non-kids YouTube content
• Previous experience at a prominent YouTube-focused brand, publisher, agency, or studio
• Background in production, creative strategy, or both
• Possess a unique skill set that adds value to the team (e.g., storytelling, packaging, audience development)
