Collaborate with a senior design lead to enhance and broaden the tools, workflows, and interfaces supporting creators—from onboarding and content management to publishing, monetization, and community development.
•If you thrive on designing for creators, developing UX that balances technical intricacy and creative potential, and supporting a diverse global community of artists and developers, this opportunity is tailored for you.
•Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional product design experience, with a track record of delivering experiences, particularly for tools, platforms, or creator-focused products.
•Demonstrate strong UX intuition and the ability to streamline complexity without compromising functionality or clarity.
•Think in terms of flows and systems, understanding how tools integrate within broader user experiences and product landscapes.
•Proficient in Figma and adept at collaborating with engineering teams to execute your designs effectively.
•Display interest in technical subjects and eager to engage with creators utilizing Unity, Udon, SDKs, and other development tools.
•A proactive team player who excels in listening, providing constructive feedback, and thrives in close collaboration with fellow designers.
