• Develop and uphold visual identities for all ACT brands to maintain brand consistency across various channels and formats.
• Establish brand systems, templates, and design elements to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Transform positioning and messaging into engaging visual narratives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to visually shape new product and service offerings, translating abstract concepts into market-ready formats.
• Assist in product marketing strategies through the creation of informative materials like one-pagers, landing pages, diagrams, and visuals illustrating product functionality and target audience.
• Aid in developing brand narratives and naming conventions for new products or services.
• Create impactful marketing materials to boost engagement and conversions, including website mockups, email campaigns, paid ads, social media creatives, whitepapers, eBooks, and webinar materials.
• Design persuasive sales materials such as pitch decks, brochures, and capability one-pagers while ensuring brand consistency, thought leadership, and professionalism in all client-facing content.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, and Figma AI to speed up creative development and production scalability. Stay updated on design trends and technologies to enhance team performance.
• Possess 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual design, preferably in B2B, tech, consulting, or marketing-oriented roles for US/EU brands.
• Showcase a strong portfolio featuring diverse work across branding, web design, marketing materials, and sales assets.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Pro.
• Understanding of design principles for performance optimization and storytelling through products.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration (with cross-functional and remote teams), and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in graphic and motion design.
• Bonus: experience in motion design or light video editing using tools like After Effects, Runway, CapCut.
