Design Lead

📋 Description

• Take the lead in shaping the creative vision of projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and prototype responsive websites, mobile interfaces, and branded digital content.

• Work closely with UX, strategy, and development teams to ensure design solutions prioritize user experience and technical feasibility.

• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams confidently and clearly.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.

• Contribute to advancing Forum One's design practice by establishing standards, processes, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital design, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.

• Proficiency in visual and interaction design, encompassing typography, color theory, layout, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and refined designs, particularly showcasing design systems and project completion capabilities.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and UX best practices.

• Experience leading visual design for significant projects such as websites, applications, and microsites.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design choices and uphold design excellence.

• Proficient in time management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines effectively.

• Comfortable engaging with clients, presenting work, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
