• Lead and guide a dynamic team through recruitment, coaching, and nurturing top design talent

• Background in designing intuitive tools and systems, with a preference for experience in edtech or AI products
• Impressive portfolio showcasing design expertise, strategic thinking, and impactful projects at scale
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey UX concepts to diverse audiences
• Passion for working in purpose-driven settings that prioritize user needs above all
• Experience in cultivating design culture, implementing processes, and advocating for UX at a strategic level
