• Proficient in Figma, auto-layout, and token-based design systems.
• Skilled in coaching and nurturing designers in a remote work environment.
• Experience in expanding and nurturing a design team through recruitment and internal development.
• Possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executives and clients in a manner tailored to their specific needs.
• Familiarity with generative-AI tools for Product Design.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like React/Storybook.
