• You will collaborate closely with various leaders within the organization, influencing not just our products, but also our team members and our approach to design and development.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading or managing a design team
• Possess a portfolio of relevant design projects, either executed independently or through team leadership, demonstrating the ability to deliver successful products that resonate with customers
• Approach product design with a customer-centric mindset
• A proactive and hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, capable of thinking big while also delving into details and bridging various perspectives
• Extensive experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketers to drive vision, strategy, and implementation
