• Seeking a Director of Product Design to join our team remotely from any location in Canada.
• Reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead a team of skilled product designers and play a crucial role in bringing innovative, user-focused ideas to life - shaping the visual and experiential future of KOHO's digital banking platform.
• If you possess experience in developing consumer apps and have a talent for creating seamless experiences that users enjoy returning to, we are eager to learn more about you!
• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience, with at least 3 years leading design teams at growth-stage tech companies, with a focus on consumer apps.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a clear design vision and implement scalable systems that enhance both the product and the team. Experience in fintech or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Proficient in UX and UI design, with a strong grasp of how research and data inform strategic design choices.
• Effective communicator with a passion for emerging technologies, particularly the evolving impact of AI on product design.
• Collaborative leader who prioritizes empathy, fosters strong teams, and excels at influencing cross-functional stakeholders within the organization.
