• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in user experience, interaction, and interface design

• Extensive background in leading and managing product design teams within a SaaS setting

• Proven track record in overseeing the design of intricate web and mobile products in collaboration with diverse teams

• Strong online portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles

• Thorough understanding and successful implementation of design systems

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills

• Experience in effective collaboration with distributed or global teams

• Solid business acumen and ability to excel in a dynamic industry

• Familiarity with or keen interest in fleet management, logistics, or related fields
