• We are seeking a talented product designer to join our expanding Economy team. Collaborate with a design lead to craft tools, systems, and processes that drive VRChat's creator-driven economy, enabling users to engage in social and meaningful transactions of buying, selling, gifting, and earning.
• This role offers a significant opportunity for a systems-savvy product designer adept at creating intuitive UX for intricate ecosystems. If you have a background in designing marketplaces, digital currencies, or creator tools, and aspire to shape the exchange of value in one of the world's largest virtual social platforms, we want to hear from you.
• Possess 2+ years of product design experience with a track record of delivering products that harmonize user requirements and business objectives.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in virtual economies and thrive on the challenge of designing systems that encompass trade, value exchange, and community engagement.
• Employ a structured and clear design approach. Understand the importance of consistency, divergence, and effective communication of design decisions.
• Proficient in Figma and adept at collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Embrace ambiguity and take full ownership of projects from conceptualization to final execution and production.
• Display natural collaboration skills. Seek feedback early, ask questions, and enjoy partnering with fellow design professionals for mutual growth.
