• Solid experience as a Product Designer, focusing on creating interfaces and digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to lead the entire design process, from user research to delivering wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Proficiency in design systems and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, among others.
• Strong collaborative skills, communicating with development, product, and marketing teams to ensure proposed solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
• Mastery of agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
• Ability to conduct usability tests and user behavior analyses, ensuring designs are data-driven and based on real feedback.
