• Currently, we are in search of an Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of digital products. Your role will involve close collaboration with Design Leads, Product Managers, Developers, and UX Researchers to produce top-notch UX deliverables that enhance the user experience and help clients achieve their objectives.

• Actively engage with various stakeholders to grasp business goals, requirements, and limitations. Collaborate with different teams to provide valuable insights and drive product enhancements.

• Utilize Design Thinking and UX methodologies to solve complex problems and strive for innovation. Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving user experiences and challenging conventional norms.

• Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities to convey design concepts and rationale throughout the product development lifecycle. Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and refine design strategies.

• Create high-quality UX assets aligning with user priorities, including wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and final design assets. Advocate for the use of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence in user experiences.

• Utilize data insights to drive design decisions and continuously seek opportunities for testing and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 1-3 years of experience in designing exceptional mobile products within an agile environment.

• Proficient in utilizing design systems and style guides.

• Showcase a portfolio of modern design work that showcases your passion for mobile-first digital products.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, JIRA, and an understanding of current web technologies.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or related field.

• Demonstrate a design thinking mindset and a strong grasp of human-centered design principles.

• Ability to translate complex problems into user-centric, data-driven experiences.

• Experience in user research, interaction design, and prototyping.

• Comfortable working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

• Advocate for the design process while considering product requirements and technical constraints.
