Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Utilize a variety of design tools, software, and hardware to produce deliverables across SG Creative service offerings that adhere to SG Creative design standards and meet client expectations

• Generate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

• Aid in content development

• Create visualization, design, and image templates that align with project goals and user needs

• Develop innovative audio and visual design concepts, adjusting based on stakeholder feedback

• Execute pre-production tasks like creating mood boards and establishing project timelines

• Identify and address issues uncovered during testing or feedback

• Design graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites

• Iterate on ideas using storyboards and prototypes to communicate visual strategies effectively

• Determine arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selecting type style and size

• Review final layouts and propose improvements as necessary

• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging design technologies

• Manage project administration utilizing software like Monday.com

• Lead projects by planning activities, setting priorities, troubleshooting, and facilitating design calls

• Perform other assigned duties

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/certifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video production

• Familiarity with creating 2D/3D displays for retail locations

• Prior experience working within a similar team or department preferred

• May involve occasional lifting or physical tasks up to 60lbs
