• Collaborate in shaping new product concepts, form factors, and packaging strategies.
• Design appealing layouts for cards and materials that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Develop prototypes and help steer product vision to ensure alignment with the brand.
• Prior experience in designing consumer physical products, particularly stationery, card games, journals, and gifts.
• Ability to seamlessly transition from initial creative ideation to final production stages.
• Proficient in understanding printing, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for visual storytelling, with expertise in layout, typography, and packaging systems.
• Possess a keen sense of design and strategy alignment, while remaining open to feedback-driven iterations.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with creative and operational team members, such as copywriters, brand designers, and marketing managers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (knowledge of 3D tools is a plus).
