• Take ownership of design projects from start to finish, impacting both our trading platform and marketing channels to drive tangible business results through enhancing user experience.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams, operating with a high level of autonomy to identify opportunities, solve problems, design solutions, and measure their effectiveness.
• Make a significant impact in a role that directly influences the daily activities of over 50,000 traders and contributes to our business growth goals.
• Possess 3-5+ years of UX/product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing successful projects that had a positive impact on business outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong product and design thinking skills, showcasing how your designs addressed user needs and improved key metrics such as conversion rates, retention, and engagement.
• Exhibit excellent UI design skills, paying close attention to visual aesthetics, typography, spacing, and interactive elements.
• Have experience in designing for complex web applications, especially dashboards, data visualization, or financial products.
• Thrive in independent and dynamic work environments.
• Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Understanding of web technologies and their practical applications.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools to make informed decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
