• Collaborate on designing features that enhance the accessibility and daily value of VRChat's social universe, from onboarding processes to cross-platform navigation and feature exploration.

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing consumer-focused digital products, with at least 2 years dedicated to working directly on or contributing to a design system.
• Proficient in design systems and enthusiastic about developing scalable, modular UI elements that enhance the overall product coherence. Strong familiarity with Figma component libraries is a plus.
• Driven by impact, you enjoy aligning your work with measurable outcomes and iterating swiftly based on insights gained.
• Adept communicator who can articulate design trade-offs and elucidate the rationale behind your decisions to others.
• Embrace the philosophy that completion is superior to perfection, knowing when to prioritize progress over perfection.
