• The Head of Design will directly report to the Chief Design Officer, collaborating extensively to ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational values.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Design, showcasing expertise in visual design and product strategy.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring small design teams, while actively participating in design projects.
• Possess a portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, exceptional visual and user experience design, and successful product leadership.
• Experience working on consumer-facing products across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Ability to articulate a compelling product vision and design strategy effectively.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a history of aligning diverse teams around user-centric design principles.
• Passion for supporting creative communities and advocating for the financial and creative independence of artists.
• Interest in exploring new technologies, such as AI, to enhance design processes and product capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced setting.
