⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience leading design teams, including recruitment, coaching, performance evaluation, and process enhancement.

• More than 6 years of UX/product design background with a portfolio showcasing top-tier visual and interactive design skills.

• Genuine interest in crypto/DeFi; specialized knowledge in the field is advantageous but not mandatory as our designers possess product expertise.

• Demonstrated track record of operational excellence, including facilitating meetings, aligning stakeholders, and utilizing prioritization frameworks effectively.

• Effective and transparent communicator who combines confidence with humility.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools).

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
