• We are seeking a skilled, forward-thinking, and strategic Head of Design to lead our Design Foundations team, overseeing our multi-brand Design System and GenAI Design team.
• This team is pivotal in challenging design conventions, fostering innovation, and enhancing customer experiences.
• As the Head of Product Design, Design Foundations, you will translate company-wide objectives into strategic design frameworks, principles, and systems that empower all product teams.
• Your leadership will drive innovation, ensure consistency, and implement cutting-edge design tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in design leadership focusing on systems thinking, scalability, and platform design.
• Profound knowledge of multi-platform design systems and emerging design technologies, particularly with exposure to GenAI.

• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions.
