Head of Product Design

📋 Description

• Lead UI/UX product strategy and drive innovative, user-centric experiences across Extend’s portfolio.

• Own and drive the conceptualization, modeling, design and execution while managing a small product design team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven, hands-on experience building world-class user experiences

• 3+ years experience mentoring and developing a team of product designers

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI experiences in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and/or consumer goods

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions

• Strong leadership and emotional intelligence, communication, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results
